FALUDA
Milk Powder 4 table spoons
Rose Water 500 ml
Brown Sugar as per Taste
Sabja Seeds 1 table spoon soaked in water for 2 hours
Almonds chopped 4-5 no
Beetroot Juice 1 table spoon
Mix all ingredients and churn with hand mixture, Serve cold. You may add rice vermicelli also.
Whole wheat oats biscuits
Ghee or butter-80 gm
Sugar 1/2 cup
Salt-1 pinch
Oats 1/2cup
Atta-1/2-3/4cup
Vanilla-1/2tsp
Dry fruits-1/4cup
Milk-2tsp
Dessicated coconut-1tbsp
Beat butter and sugar well
Add all dry ingredients and mix well
Add milk and make a dough
Refrigerate for 10 -15 min
Bake at 160 for 15-20 min or till done
