Join us in preparaRon for the Autumn Equinox. The season of autumn honors the Metal (Yin) and Vata (Hatha) elements. In this two hour pracRce we will explore and nourish the lungs and large intesRnes (metal), our bones, joints and nervous system (vata) to slow down the chaoRc energy of Summer. This pracRce will help to balance and restore our internal bodily rhythms in preparaRon for contemplaRon, lesng go and reflecRon that honors the season of autumn.
This pracRce is a combinaRon of Hatha and Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels.
