BARE DXB are here with tips to get you back to the gym after a short hiatus.

A good vacation (probably to Mykonos!) is the perfect way to recharge your mind and body, but after a break it can be challenging to get back into a routine and the longer you leave it, the harder it becomes. So instead of languishing in post-vacay purgatory, employ BARE’s tips to get you back on the race track…

Schedule a workout

Start small, sign up at bare.fitness and book into a class. For first timers, the ‘Starter Pack’ offers 4 classes for AED 180 and includes an additional guest pass.

Enlist your bestie

Start slow but party hard

If you feel like working out is a chore, then you’ve clearly not been to Sweaty Selfie on first Thursday of every month. The Thursday pre-weekend calorie killer in the iconic black lit studio with neon lights will have you feeling like you’ve been partying rather than working out. If you’re lifting, opt for lighter weights or running on the TechnoGym Skillruns dial it down a mile or two during your first session.

Make a plan, set a goal

Set intentions for getting back into fitness whilst challenging yourself. BARE DXB have a number of class packages such as the 14 Day Challenge for AED 495 inclusive of a nutrition guide & meal plan, body composition analysis and a dedicated BARE coach for specialist support and extra motivation when needed.

The 14-day Challenge

Supposedly, it takes 21 days to form a habit so kickstart your roadmap to fit with the help of BARE DXB’s 14 Day Challenge. Starting first Friday of every month with the launch 1st October. The two part plan is a nutrition focused transformation and proven calorie burning BARE workout classes. A body composition analysis will determine your tailored nutrition guide and meal plan (inclusive of dietary requirements). The first half of your meal plan aims to detox and reset your body and the last seven days is geared towards fat loss.  

The second part of the package requires you attend two weeks of BARE workouts, six in total, any three a week of their high intensity, calorie burning training, all the while being supported by a dedicated BARE coach providing specialist support and rallied on with a private challenge WhatsApp group.  

The challenge is open to all fitness levels to set in motion small changes for long term results.
