Nutrition on the go with delicious laddoos. Easy to prepare and carry!
- Ingredients:
- 100 gms cooked quinoa
- 150 gms hazelnut powder
- 50 gms crushed hazelnut pieces
- 50 gms icing sugar
- 30 gms hazelnut paste/Nutella
- 2 mashed bananas
- Dark Chocolate approx 250 g for coating
- 1 packet digestive biscuits for coating
- Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Make small balls using your palms or a spoon.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until firm
- Melt the dark chocolate to make a sauce. Let it cool slightly.
- Dip each ball in the dark chocolate sauce.
- Coat with digestive biscuits.
- Let it set.
- Serve chilled.
