What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a solution-based therapy approach that can achieve life-changing results. It is a simple yet powerful method that combines several very effective proven techniques, such as, combining the leading principles of neuroscience, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, CBT and NLT. It is a powerful innovative therapy that gets to the root cause of why we feel stuck and why we behave the way we do in certain daily matters. The wonderful thing about RTT is that it is a therapy designed to enhance and effect changes in our neural circuits (neural pathways). Most talk therapies fail to do this, and therapy is only truly effective and only lasts when it can enhance these changes in our clients’ neural circuits. RTT does this by working at a deep subconscious level, rather than a conscious level. Because the mind learns by repetition, the audio that follows the session will wire in and fire in the changes taking place in the neural circuits. So we have two things: the session will change the client, and the recording will really help to reinforce the change.

Sadly, Hypnotherapy carries with it a stigma, however, hypnotism is all science and not magic. It’s purely a neuroscience which alters the brainwaves in our subconscious and during the session we bypass our conscious mind which holds logic and will power and we open the vault to the subconscious mind which is our survival mind which holds emotion and extract the old beliefs and imprints we have acquired along the way and plant new beliefs in.

The client is in full control throughout the session as hypnotherapy is just a natural state of relaxation, just as when you are watching television and so engrossed in the program and someone walks in and you jump, that is you being in a hypnotic state!

How does RTT differ from other forms of therapy?

Every Therapist has a great heart and is doing a job to give clients tools to lead a better life. However, traditional/ conventional therapy (and this also applies to conventional medicine) both treat the symptoms not the cause and there’s also a lot of talking over a period of time. For example, you go to a therapist which for some people who love talking works well, but we live in a very fast paced world and Marisa, the founder of this technique realized from early on that people now need a fast yet incredibly powerful intervention that works. For example, say you go to a traditional therapist because you’ve got insecurities about being overweight or underweight and its affecting your everyday life and the therapist asks you “well how do you feel about that and what does it feel like” well you would chat about how its affecting you and your feelings and speak about your insecurities and how some people can make you feel demoralized and different etc. so your therapist would say “well okay lets talk more about it and find a fix such as exercise, a nutritionist etc.”. So there’s a lot of talking and fixing the symptom but not the root cause and by that I mean the cause of the feeling which is what needs fixing. As with many addictions it’s not WHY have you got the addiction …its what is the addiction giving you?

What is RTT helpful for?

RTT works to help fix issues such as: Anxiety, Depression, Lack of confidence and Worthiness, Weight Issues, Anger Issues, Addictions, Compulsions, Mental Blocks, and anyone who is suffering from PCOS and Menopause & infertility issues. RTT also helps to ease anyone who may be suffering from physical pain through using a technique called Cell Command Therapy where we command, compel, and direct your cells to go back to their original decoding and imprint.  We also help young adolescents, teens and children from the age of 7+ with any issues they may be facing whether that’s anxiety, OCD nail biting, lack of confidence and so forth. So, there’s a lot of talking and fixing the symptom but not the root cause and by that I mean the cause of the feeling which is what needs fixing.

Who would benefit from a session?

Anyone would benefit from a session(s) of RTT. Men, Woman, Young adolescents, Teens & Kids from the age 7 years up.

What happens during a session?

First of all, once you have contacted me, I will give you a free discovery call to find out what it is you would like to work on and get a better understanding of the issue. It is also important to ensure we can work together to enable the client to get the best possible outcome out of the session. After the discovery call, we make a date for the session. The session lasts for 1.5 – 2hrs and this can be done either face to face or on zoom which is equally as effective as sometimes the client feels safer and more comfortable in their home comfort.

During the session I take you into a lovely deep state of natural relaxation (hypnotherapy) and we use deepening techniques which then allows your subconscious mind to come to life and take over. One of the ways RTT is more beneficial than hypnotherapy is that we use a technique called RFPI which is the Role, Function, Purpose, and Intention of the part of you that is causing the issue. RTT works like a dentist who would extract the painful tooth and fix the pain there and then! That’s what we do in the session.

How many sessions does it take to see results?

Depending on what the issue is, RTT works between 1-3 sessions. It completely depends on the person and how much they are not only willing to make that change themselves but also depending on what the issue is, sometimes we need to explore further by doing another session. For example, someone suffering from PTSD may need 2-3 sessions. However, it is very rare for anyone to need any more than 3 sessions for one issue. I have had clients come back to me with other issues they want to work on. Towards the end of the session, we do a 15-minute transformational recording which is where we input the new belief into the subconscious mind. This is recorded during the session and the client will then take home the bespoke recording with them and MUST listen to the 10/15 minute recording every day for 21 days in order for a new habit to form and the neuropathways to rewire.

Who founded RTT?

Marisa Peer is the founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy with over 33 years of experience within the field. She has been named the UK’s number one therapist as voted by Tatler magazine as well as ‘Britain’s Best Therapist’ by men’s health magazine and has spent over three decades treating a client list that includes Royalty, the British Olympic athletes, CEO’s and international superstars. Her approach is known as RTT which is a mind optimization science that completely transforms a person’s way of thinking and therefore living in just as little as one or two sessions. RTT works on both adults and children from 7 years upwards and with the current pandemic and turbulent world we live in now, there is a lot of anxiety amongst both categories. Hypnotherapy is endorsed by NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) in the UK and other leading medical practices such a Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic.

Marisa says: ” I have developed this unique model of work over the last 30 years, working with clients from very diverse backgrounds, with a wide variety of issues. I can honestly say that the RTT® method provides transformation quickly and effectively, which is exactly what clients long for, but is something other therapists and coaches find difficult to deliver. RTT stands out from other traditional method’s as RTT® gives clients exactly what they want – freedom from the painful problems of the past”
