Based on the 4 universal pillars of wellness – Sleep, Food, Sport & Spa, Pullman Hotel & Resorts is pleased to introduce Sarah Hoey as Pullman Global Wellness Coach.

Sarah Hoey is a personal coach, fitness model and certified nutritionist. Sarah’s coaching achievements include certifications as a personal trainer, fitness nutritionist, yoga instructor, TRX, WAFF. Sarah has trained and taught some of the fittest groups of people perhaps in the world training including the US Navy through yoga, workout videos, and the Pullman Fitness Bag inspired by her, Sarah will deliver a more dynamic and engaging experience for the guests, enabling them to live a stay which balances performance with enjoyment. Her holistic take on fitness and love for teaching make her the perfect candidate to become the Pullman Wellbeing Coach.
