How does energy healing work?

Our body, and we ourselves are a gathering of energy. When it flows very well, we’re very healthy and happy. When it gets stuck somewhere, it makes us uncomfortable or ill and it is also easy to get stuck 9undigested) due to emotional disturbances.

In Energy healing, we become tools (channels) of universal healing energy.

And through my hands, it goes through naturally to client’s energy fields to clear and heal unneeded energy away, helping clients reconnect with universal healing energy.

What are the different types of techniques? What are the benefits? What conditions does it work best for?

Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is an ancient Chinese Taoist therapy that focuses on the trunk and the internal organs. These organs are deeply affected by our diets, environment, and stresses of daily life, relationships and even thoughts. These organs function on physical levels as well as spiritual and emotional levels.

Due to our energy center (“Tan Tien”) and internal organs being located in the center of our body, working on the trunk affects all of the body’s systems including digestive, respiratory, endocrine, lymphatic, cardiovascular, nervous, urinary, muscular-skeletal, and reproductive systems.

By combining CNT with physical bodywork, we can achieve total body healing, starting from our core and working our way out to the extremities.

Physical treatment techniques include cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage massage techniques. The combination of these therapeutic techniques allows us to narrow or broaden our treatment focus for optimal results. After a CNT & amp Bodywork treatment you should feel clear, recharged grounded and energized. Both inside and out.

Reflexology

We have specific points in our feet that connect with our bodies. These points connect to our muscles, skeletons and internal organs. By manipulating these points, we can influence our whole body. Reflexology can help improve circulation, lymphatic flow, enhance energy flow and achieve deeper relaxation.

Lymphatic Drainage

Our lymphatic system pulses and lymph fluids move through us like waves in the ocean, coming in and out. When we have blockages our lymph flow becomes greatly affected. Lymphatic Drainage aims to restore the proper lymph flow. This treatment is ideal for anyone with visible or noticeable swelling.

Stress Release Therapy

The shoulder neck and head are the most common places in our bodies where we build up tension. By carefully combining massage and myofascial release techniques we can release these tensions deeply. This is ideal for those who suffer from high stress levels, migraines, headaches and poor sleep.

Energy Healing

We use REIKI, universal healing energy, combined with “cleazation” (Clean, Clear and Relaxation).

Through hands, healing energy flows inside your energy field where it is needed on the physical, emotional, or spiritual layer.

It can clear negative emotions, physical tension and limitations, stress, thoughts and memories. After the session, you should feel safe, delighted, and a profound connection with yourself deeply, receiving love and light from universe and yourself within.

Can you tell us about a few energy healing exercises that help reduce stress instantly?

Put center of both hands together and put that center to navel gently. And focus on your breath in and out. and be with it. You start to feel your warmth and the body and mind begin to calm down.

Why is Lymphatic drainage so important? Does it help in emotional release as well?

About 70% of our body is water. Lymphatic system is water system of our body. And it is like an ocean within us. Oceans have waves and so our bodies. Due to some reason our waves can’t work properly and get stuck. If water doesn’t flow, what happens? Lymphatic drainage supports us to keep our water system clean and flowing well through our body, our ocean within.

Can you please tell us about your signature Chi Nei Tsang and Body Works treatment? Who should be doing it? And How does it work?

Chi Nei Tsang come from Chinese word. “Chi” means Energy. “Nei Tsang” means internal organs. Through Chi Nei Tsang, we listen to voice of your organs.

When we have some issue e.g. indigestion, constipation, any illness, most often they are trying to express something. E.g. You need to take rest.

Communication doesn’t go smoothly with someone close.  You don’t take enough respect and love for yourself.   You need to change your diet or lifestyle….and so on. By listening to your internal organs, they start to bring back their own energy and healing starts. And I combine with another technique ex. Cranio sacral therapy to work on the core part of body, spinal cord and head. Then clients get easy relief from the core center of body system.

As a benefit, organ functions can be improved, nervous system becomes much more balanced, energy goes through the body easily and feels much clear, tension also releases etc.
