The rich Nama style collection was carefully crafted to tempt and entice chocolate-lovers who enjoy the melting effects of soft chocolate, and to cater to everyday indulgence. Nama Chocolate is similiar to ganache, or the filling inside truffles. It’s made of fresh cream and chocolate, cut into little cubes, and dusted with fine cocoa powder. Nama means raw or fresh in Japanese. The name “Nama” Chocolate refers to the plentiful use of rich, fresh cream in the chocolate.
‘Soft by Made’ is more than just chocolate, it’s an experience designed to capture those that share an appreciation for fine quality chocolate. The new range of artisanal ganache squares is available in two classic flavors to appeal to a variety of palettes; the Cocoa and the Hazelnut.
Cocoa
The Cocoa chocolate is generously dusted with fine dark cocoa powder, creating the perfect balance of sweet and bitter.A simple and delicious cream-infused, melted milk chocolate with a ganache-like texture, rich in flavor, cut into squares, and dusted with fine dark cocoa powder.
Hazelnut
For those who enjoy a crunch, the Hazelnut flavor combines creamy ganache chocolate, with a layer of finely crushed roasted hazelnut. Finely crushed hazelnut, sprinkled generously on top of a velvety milk chocolate ganache combining decadent chocolate with a crunchy texture.
